E’S OVEN ANNOUNCEMENT AND MENU
The management and staff of E’s Oven would like to extend Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year to all.
Please note that E’s Oven would be closed on December 25, (Christmas Day) for Dinner and on December 26, for lunch and Dinner, nornal business hours resumes on December 27. Executive chef Vernon has created a traditional Christmas menu for those who want to dine in an old fashion Christmas style. The Menu consist of sweet potato corn soup, stewed whelks with a garlic garnichi, Pan roasted fennel crusted salmon with eggplant and a tomato and caper sauce, stuffed chicken breast with local dumplings in a coconut curry sauce, grilled rack of lamb with mash provisions and a pomserette chutney, and for dessert E’s homemade black cake.
