Malliouhana Hotel and Spa Spring Food and Wine Experience

Excellent food is what Malliouhana Hotel and Spa creates but starting April 1st, 2010 Chef Cougnon will add a sense of fun and adventure with the presentation of two new special events at restaurants Michel Rostang and Le Bistro.

Mondays -Michel Rostang – A five course Degustation Experience – Classic French Cuisine, superb wines and a tour of the 25,000 bottle wine cellar “Le Cave”;

Thursdays – at Le Bistro – Anguilla Night – have fun with Dumpa and Company while you enjoy a spectacular gourmet buffet;

Beginning April 7th, Malliouhana will also introduce a daily prix fixe lunch.

The recipient of many international awards for food and dining, Malliouhana’s restaurants are under the guidance of Parisian Michelin two-star chef, Michel Rostang and head chef Frederic Cougnan. Chef Fred who is originally from Belgium joined the hotel in December 2009. He spent a number of years in the Caribbean, having previously worked at the Inn at English Harbour and Jumby Bay in Antigua and the Cotton House in Mustique. Malliouhana is also home to the Caribbean’s largest wine cellar, over 25,000 bottles and the recipient for many years of the Wine Spectator’s Grand Award.
