Drive-in Movie Theater

Friday, May 14th, 2010 here in Anguilla there will be a Drive-in Movie Theater opening up to the public for the first time.

People will be able to park up their vehicles in the open lot West of LIME in the Valley, tune in their car radios to a specific station, and enjoy some of the latest movies. Enjoy a movie night with that special someone, a group of friends, or even make it a family night.

The admission fee is US $5.00 per adult and US $3.00 per child (12yrs and under). Snacks such as popcorn, hot dogs, and nachos and cheese will be on sale during movie nights…

The movie being shown at the official opening is “Avatar” staring Sam Worthington, and Zoe Saldana. This movie is Rated PG13 for intense epic battle sequences and warfare, sensuality, language and some smoking.

This Friday doors will be open at 7:30pm and the movie will begin at 8:15pm SHARP! The earlier you are the better your parking spot, and snacks. Please be sure you have a vehicle with a working radio.
