1st Annual Round Robin Tennis Fun Event & Party

FUN “D” RAISER!!!!!!

Date & Time: Saturday September 4th starting at 4:00 pm.

Venue: Anguilla Tennis Academy, Blowing Point

Beneficiary: Families in Anguilla who need support in outfitting their children with uniforms and books for the upcoming school year.

Organized by: Runway Anguilla “Charity for Community” and in collaboration with Anguilla Tennis Academy.

We encourage all our patrons and tennis enthusiasts to join in and support us in this fun filled event. We will start the Round Robin @ 4:00pm and play till 7:00pm approximately. It is a fun event and all level of players are encouraged to come and play. We will mix it up with the Pros and with ourselves. We will have a snack bar open from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. After all the exercise we will have a catered buffet with music, dancing, socializing and a few cold ones at our cash bar. We are also inviting the non tennis players to join us for the after games party.

During this same day we will be doing a school book, school uniforms and any educational tools, DRIVE. We will ask all families to donate slightly used uniforms and books that they no longer need. We will be collecting items at the Tennis Academy during the day. We will have the radio stations announcing the drive throughout the day.

Entry Fee for Tennis including Dinner Buffet & Party: Tennis players (16 years and older) $30.00 which includes evening buffet & party.

Dinner Buffet & Party Only: US$25.00

Special kids meals will also be available. You can pay cash for these meals at the event.

Special Note to tennis players:

You can register as a single player – no partners required. In addition to your entry fee we will ask you to have a company or business to sponsor you in the tournament (this could be a villa, a restaurant, a resort, a construction company, etc.). We will have a banner printed up with their name on it and you will have it attached to your back while you play. This will give the sponsor great exposure. All we ask per sponsor is $50.00US. This will help tremendously with deferring the costs of the event. Please contact the Anguilla Tennis Academy at 498-0697 or eliarms@anguillatennis.com for registration forms. We ask that all payments made before September 1st. Payments can be made at the Tennis Academy between 9:00am – 6:00pm or at ABC Building supplies by the airport. Payments can be made by check payable to Runway Anguilla or by cash.
