Phase XVI - Wood Details
The architectural design of this residence incorporated a significant amount of wood detail to create a warm, rustic ambience....from wooden window and door casings to handmade ironwork trimmed doors to high log roofs and pergolas for shaded exterior areas. Various types of wood are used including pine logs, pine lumber, Brazilian red cedar and beach drift wood. Bamboo wood floorings in the bedrooms and living area will complete the setting.

Phase XVII - Kitchen

Phase XVIII - Tiling and Other Works
Fine cobblestone and travertine tiles are expertly laid in various designs by Gem Tiles (Emerson "Emo" Reid and crew).

The basement will be transformed into a studio suite.

Phase XX - Bathrooms
Travertine tiles are being expertly laid by Emerson "Emo" Reid and his crew. They started with the pool deck and are now working on the interior. JD Proctor is completing the electrical work at a good pace...it's great to see lights on and fans twirling.
