Phase XXII - Exterior Walls, Fencing and Driveway
We're still continuing with the final touches of the interior work, but the crew's efforts are currently mainly focussed on the exterior. The design calls for concrete brick walls (with rough plastering for a textured finish) at the entrance of the property and a combination of wall and wire fencing to enclose the property. A concrete driveway is also being cast.

Phase XXIII - Pool and Deck
We've applied a diamond brite finish to the infinity edge pool. We've also erected some lattice work to add to privacy and to tone down the tradewinds on the deck area.

Phase XXIV - Courtyard tiling and other works
Here are some varied shots of work recently completed. The travertine brick pavers cover the courtyard. We compacted fill and sand and laid the bricks in an interlocking fashion. The colour scheme and texture of the tiles complete the rustic tone set by the natural handcarved stone facing on the courtyard walls.
The guest room is floored with pine, completing the warm wood ambience of the room.
The jacuzzi tub hardware has been installed.
Our efforts will now move to landscaping the property as final building works taper off.

Phase XXV - Villa Now Complete!
Thanks for following our Sunset Homes construction progress reports on the villa in North Hill. We're pleased to announce that Spyglass Hill Villa is now complete.
